You walked through the bustling streets, looking for a certain Russian. You wanted to find him for a specific reason. You didn't want him to be rejected, not again.
You see, Ivan Braginski was a very large and blissful man. He was always smiling, and he rarely became upset, until recently. He would offer one of his sunflowers to a girl, but they would just turn him down, leaving a sad little look on his adorable face. But you already knew the reason why. Aside from being happy always and acting so innocent, Ivan had been through a lot as a child, causing him to mentally crack. He became violent at times, but mostly when he dreamt about the day when he would take over, or when somebody angered him. Sometimes, he talked about violent things without even knowing it. But that didn't give the women a right to turn him down so coldly. They would either turn him down by sticking their noses up and walking, or when he gave them his sunflower, they would stomp on it. Ivan didn't have a lot of lady luck.
But today, that was going to change. You found him by the bus station, offering one of the bright flowers to a woman wearing red. She did the worst thing ever: muttered some really nasty words, take the sunflower, and throw it in the street. Ivan was extremely heartbroken, especially when the woman walked away, her hips swaying. When the street was clear, you instantly picked up the luckily not-so-damaged sunflower. You ran over to Ivan and tapped him on the shoulder. "I bring you sunflower, da?" Your eyes sparkled with hope, since you had always liked the large man. "Da." His face went back to it's happy emotion, and you walked with him for the rest of the day.
About a couple of months later, you and Ivan were dating. He brought you a sunflower every week, saying the same thing: "I bring you sunflower, da?" But lately, he didn't come around. Two weeks ago, the sunflowers stopped. You hadn't seen or heard from Ivan, and that upset you.
You decided to visit his house, hoping that you would catch up with your Russian boyfriend. You knocked on the door, and his busty sister, Yekaterina, answered, smiling. But then she saw you, and her smile thinned out. "[N-N-Name]? Wh-Wh-What are you doing here?" She asked. "I came to visit Ivan." Yekaterina went pale. "....Do come in...."
You were sitting on the couch when Yekaterina brought in two cups of coffee. "Listen, [Name].....I have some terrible news...." You did not like where this was going. "Ivan went out drinking with two of his friends two weeks ago......he was completely sober, but the man driving, Gilbert, was not....Ivan died on impact......." You covered your mouth and slumped to the floor. Tears immediately began to spill from your (e/c) orbs. "I wanted to tell you over the phone, but Natalia wouldn't let me....I'm so sorry...." She hugged you, and you pushed her away. You ran out of the door, sobbing..but not for long.
Nearby the Braginski-Arlovskya residence was a big street. Tons of cars would whoosh by, and it was the same road where you gave him the beaten up sunflower. A car crash was on here about two weeks ago, which meant that this was the same road where Ivan passed away. You ran into the middle of the street, and when you felt the impact on your body, you smiled to yourself. "I'm coming to your sunflower field, Ivan...." And you were gone.
You opened your eyes, surrounded by tons of warm grass. You sat up to reveal a tall man in a field of sunflowers, sniffing one in his gloved hand. He had smooth, very light blonde hair and purple eyes, you just knew. You picked up one of the sunflowers and walked towards him. "I bring you sunflower, Ivan. Da?"

Da, Sunflower. (RussiaxReader)
It was an average day in the Braginsky household. You and your long-time boyfriend Ivan Braginsky, who happened to be the human personification of Russia, were sitting on the couch watching one of his favorite shows, which happened to be the Russian version of Sherlock. You enjoyed watching it with Ivan, despite not knowing the language except for a few words, but today, you were slightly losing interest.
Snuggled up in his large arms, you remembered fondly that Ivan's term of endearment for you was "Sunflower". Then you alarmingly realized that you have never seen one in person, even though it was Ivan's favorite flower. You shot

P.S. You're a country~

"Russia!!" you yelled as you glomped him when you entered the meeting room early.
"Hello (Name)," he said to you happily, hugging you before moving back a little to give you some space. You were one of the few (if not only) countries that weren't scared of him.
You continued standing there smiling, making him a bit confused.
"Did you need something?" he asked awkwardly, yet somehow still smiling.
"What? Oh! Right, well," you said as you passed him the present, "Here's a gift for you! I know you don't celebrate Christmas on the 25th but I'll give you a present anyway."
Russia stared at you

The weather was fierce this time of year. The winds howled a haunting cry and snow smothered the earth. The sky was dark and foreboding. The forest was quite with deep slumber, a waiting the coming spring. To be out in this storm would be considered suicide. The temperature was dangerously low as night consumed the day and brought forth darkness.
A small boy sat beneath a mighty tree, trying to shield himself from the mighty winds. He curled himself into a ball trying to hold on to any body heat he had left. It would not take long for him to freeze in this weather. He was shaking uncontrollably; his body coul

Short story is short. Sad story is sad. There. XD
Okay, what the hell did I just write? This was originally going to be just a fluff story, but when I realized it was too short, I added the angst scenes.
No particular things to say about it exceptIT HAS NO INCLUSION OF THE WESTERN COUNTRIES I really like how this went and I'm not sure if Ukraine's name is Yekanterina or Katyusha. And some bitchy Belarus always fits in with these kinda things. I wanted to include Nikolai, but I'm saving him for later. :/
